Sound artists from Commonwealth countries were invited to submit surround sound pieces expressing some aspect of their home country or one or more of the sports included in the Commonwealth Games. Ten pieces were selected for presentation in this installation, which was part of the cultural festival presented in Bendigo, a provincial city north of Melbourne during the Games (15-26 th March),

VENUE and DATES

The installation was presented in a gallery-like space, with audience free to come and go as they please, sitting on the carpet, the chairs or wandering among the speakers. The venue was the council meeting room at the historic Bendigo Town Hall. The installation was open to the public for 3 days (March 24-26, 10am-5pm)
